We are so delighted the truth has been declared in the small Nandi village in the heart of the Ndalate area. As the Reverend spread his rumors and untruths about the gospel that Elder Babcock and I hold so sacred and dear the people could not believe what the Reverend was saying could be true. Phillip told us some of the people in the area have children, relatives, and friends that live in the United States, so they called their friends, got online to read about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and found the truth in what Elder Babcock and I have taught. It appears the untruths the Reverend has been proclaiming have now produced a significant problem for him and the reverend has disappeared to 'the bush' for a time. Many are supporting Phillip, what an amazing man.
Julia and Phillip's home. It may be humble but I find it filled with the sweetest family and a lovely spirit resides here. As my daughter said so well, "It is an honor to visit with this family."
